Apogee Coffee & Draft started in 2020 as a cozy neighborhood hangout in Olathe, Kansas — part coffee shop, part pizza joint, part beer paradise. It was built around the idea that good food and good drinks bring good people together. In early 2025, new ownership stepped in to breathe new life into the original vision. Since then, the team has been quietly shaping Apogee into the community-first space it’s always meant to be — a place where the vibe shifts naturally from early morning hustle to late-night unwind.
